Order Modifications Or Cancellation

We accept order modification or cancellation within 8 hours of placing the order and before the product is shipped or produced. If the purchase is canceled within 8 hours of placing the order, you will get a full refund. We are processing orders as quickly as possible, so modifications and cancellations are time-sensitive. We cannot modify or cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

 

Return/Refund Request

We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, if your item has arrived later than the committed time (Detail here) or it is received as a damaged item, poor-quality, or incorrect product, we guarantee 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

When you return an order, you have a few compensation options to choose from:

Replacement Order: We replace your original order and send you new confirmation and shipping information.

Full Refund: We return the amount to your original payment method (Paypal, Credit Card).

Buyers assume all risks when choosing the wrong product, color, or size of their purchase, no return or refund is accepted in this case.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.

If any item is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please snap some photos of the damage to the box, and we are sure to check with your carrier and resend your item at no fee.


How To Return An Item

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In case of defective products, we need your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality, or the damaged area of the item and contact us at contact@oglovo.com. And one of our agents will gladly help you to return your item.

If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual timeframes.
